### Where does our data live?

Your business can use its own server in Germany or run niveau on your own computers. Where information goes for AI processing depends on the model you choose. Using cloud AI sends the information needed for the task to that provider.

### Who can see my work?

Personal and family spaces are separate from your business. In a business workspace, access depends on your role and the space you’re using. Your work area can be accessible to administrators; it isn’t the same as your personal space.

### Does our team need technical experience?

You give instructions in plain language and review the results. Start with a task your team already knows, such as checking an invoice or preparing a reply.

### Which AI models can we use?

niveau supports Anthropic and OpenAI today. Google and Mistral support is coming soon.

### Can our whole team use it?

Yes. Invite colleagues into your business workspace and give them access to the teams and work they need. People can prepare their contribution individually and bring it to the team for review.

### What happens when AI gets something wrong?

Your team can inspect the result, correct it or ask AI to try again. Actions that require approval wait for a person to review them. Human review remains part of the job.

### What does it cost?

Business costs €200 per person per month, plus VAT. Personal costs €20 per month, and Family costs €99 per month for up to eight people, both including VAT. Cloud AI usage is billed separately by the provider.

### Why is it called niveau?

Niveau means “level” or “standard.” AI helps prepare the work. Your team decides whether it meets the standard you expect.
